ZYP615 – LED Special low luminous decay red phosphor
The Special low luminous decay red phosphor ZYP615 is independently developed by our company. Compared with other similar products, it has the characteristics of high brightness, low luminous decay. It’s applied to the packaging of high CRI or low color temperature white light LED products. The products also could be applied to the packaging of red LED with blue chips.

1.Using the mixture of ZYP615 and yellow phosphor, the CRI of the packaging products can reach over 80.
2.Using the mixture of ZYP615, yellow phosphor and green phosphor, the cool white LEDs and warm white LEDs can be realized, the CRI of the packaging products can reach over 90.
3.Pink and red LEDs can be packaged with blue or UV chips.
Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved. (Can be mixed with other phosphors)
